ZhenShan

Zhenshan Village
We think the name of village is named after its famous Zhen Shang Temple. It is located in the southeast of the area, with Sigang District on its southeast side, Zhongren Village in the north and Jiannan Village in the west, and includes the following tribes: the San-jiao, Wu-Jiao, Shi-jiao, Shiqi Jiao and the Xi-zi-di. The village was established in 1946 with the administrative region largely from the east of Shengli Rd., south of Pingdeng Rd. to the boundary of Sigang. The main roads here are Provincial Highway 19 to Sigang, South Town Highway 41 (Zhongshan Rd., Shengli Rd.), South 45-1 to Houying, Heping Rd., Ren-ai Rd., Ziyou St. and Chongde St. In terms of agricultural specialties, the most famous are rice, sugar cane and corn in San Wu Jiao. In the region, we have Ren-Ai Elementary School, the temples of Si An Temple, Rong Chang Temple, Zhen Shan Temple, Ching-Long Temple, Zhong Xing Temple, Deng Tian Temple, Zhen Nan Temple, the Folk Art Performances of the student of the Emperor, Eight Generals of God and Elaboration on Wen Wu Lang Jun Formation, and the paperclay and Toe Kick art groups in the Ren Ai Elementary School. You can visit all these places for your enjoyment.
Zhenshan Community
The original name of ZhenShan Community is from the Sanjiao and Wujiao Tribes, and ground was broken here in stages since Ming Cheng period. However, as Jiali District formed an extensive area and included the Sanjiao and Wujiao tribes into the Jiali District, it was hard for descendants to identify the area of the Sanjiao and Wujiao Tribes, so they called it Sanwujiao and later on, took up the Taiwanese pronunciation, and the village came to be called Sanwujia.

Established in 1803 and worshiping Emperor Xuantian, originally it was the Tsai Family Temple and later on became the faith center of the area. It is also the only registered historical building in Jiali District.
The colorful painting tying both sides of the main hall together is elegant, giving historical meaning and value to the architecture.

The former is Antou Temple. Due to having good attendance, it was gradually built and reconstructed with tiles and became a more baronial temple after being moved to its new location, and thus became the Zhensan Temple you see today.
San wu Jia is a typical village. The residents like to dance and sing in their spare time, so famous masters taught them how to do the arrays that kept many traditional formations, like the Folk Art Performances of the Student of the Emperor, Eight Generals Of God, Elaboration on the Wen Wu Lang Jun Formation, which until now have been its three historical arts.

Hundred-year-old Shen Rong Gong (the meaning of godlike banyan)
This is a Hundred-year-old banyan, located on the median island of the road next to the Zhenshan Temple. As if opening its arms to welcome the Jiali traveler and those who return home, it is the perfect entrance image of Sigang for the Jiali District. According to estimates, the tree age is at least 300 years old, and it has grown strong and full of leaves, with a magnificent shape. The residents worship and call it “Shen Rong Gong.” It is one of the precious old trees of the Jiali District.
